We work with each client to create a billing arrangement that suits the client’s needs, including billing arrangements based on an hourly fee, a flat or fixed fee or a contingency fee. As an added convenience to our clients, we offer payment arrangements via credit card.

MC&T always works with an engagement letter in place which explains the scope of our representation and the fees and expenses to be charged in connection with that representation. This ensures that MC&T’s clients understand their rights and responsibilities with regard to our representation.
